At EBY, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all eligible items. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain intimates must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
